About White Wine
|
White wine is light green to yellow or yellow to a deep golden color.
White wine attains its color through two ways of wine making. White wine are
mage from white grapes (green or yellow in color) or red grapes without the
skin - white wine can also be made from just the juice of red grapes. The
red pigment is actually found only in the skin of the red grapes but not the
in the juice.
Therefore, when wine is fermented without the skins, the wine will remain
white regardless of the grape varieties used, be it white or red.
